I knew there’d be nights like this …
Four miles? I had trouble with four miles?
These are the nights that make me worry whether or not I’m going to be able to finish the marathon in December. After a three mile run on Tuesday and a seven mile run last night, it was all I could do to get through the four tonight.
I have a 15 miler coming up on Saturday and I’m beginning to worry if I’m going to be able to finish. How do people bounce back so quickly from runs during the week to get through the long runs on the weekend?
