Oh track season…. The only thing longer is baseball season.
I basically use Tumblr as a place to find motivation and tips for running — kind of amazing what kind of resources are available.
Now if any of them could help me crack two hours on my next Half.

I knew there'd be nights like this ...
Four miles? I had trouble with four miles?
These are the nights that make me worry whether or not I’m going to be able to finish the marathon in December. After a three mile run on Tuesday and a seven mile run last night, it was all I could do to get through the four tonight.

So what if tonight wasn't the right night
I’m starting to get into the meat of my marathon training schedule, so I figured I should start writing down some of the stuff that I am going through so I remember it when I either a) stop running entirely or b) am doing these things like clockwork.

Since I’ve been paying for this for over a year, and making more than enough use of it to justify the price, I’d practically stop buying mp3’s if this came to the iPhone. The only issue would be if I could use with RunKeeper or something like that. Basically, could you make playlists so that I could run it in the background?
